At Jelvura S.R.L., registered in Bolivia with Tax ID 428956023019, we protect the personal data of our users in accordance with the Political Constitution of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the complementary rules on data protection, electronic commerce and prevention of money laundering.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Jelvura S.R.L., with registered address at Av. Arce No. 2455, Torre Empresarial Building, Floor 12, Sopocachi, La Paz, Bolivia. You can contact our data protection officer by writing to privacidad@jelvura.com.
2. Data we process
We process the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter (name and email), the data obtained through browsing (IP address, device, pages visited) and, in the case of investment, the information required to comply with due diligence and anti-money-laundering rules.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to manage the newsletter subscription, respond to enquiries, offer real estate crowdlending projects, meet tax, accounting and regulatory obligations in Bolivia, and improve the security and performance of jelvura.com.
4. Retention
We keep your data for as long as a relationship with Jelvura exists and, afterwards, during the legal periods applicable in Bolivia, in particular accounting obligations (10 years) and anti-money-laundering prevention (5 years from the last transaction).
5. Recipients
We do not sell or transfer personal data. We share information with technology providers, payment processors and auditors engaged by Jelvura, always under contractual confidentiality obligations, and with Bolivian authorities where required by law.
6. Data subject rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and portability of your data by writing to privacidad@jelvura.com, attaching a copy of your ID document. We will respond within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information: encryption in transit, audited servers, access control and continuous training for the Jelvura team in Bolivia.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will always publish the date of the last update at the top of the document and, when the change is substantial, we will notify you by email.
