These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the website jelvura.com, operated by Jelvura S.R.L., a Bolivian company with Tax ID 428956023019 and registered address at Av. Arce No. 2455, Floor 12, La Paz, Bolivia. By using the site you fully accept these conditions.
1. Purpose
Jelvura provides information about real estate crowdlending projects in Bolivia and allows users to subscribe to the newsletter to learn about upcoming opportunities. Any investment is formalised through separate, project-specific contracts.
2. User requirements
The user declares to be at least eighteen (18) years old, to have legal capacity to enter into obligations under the Bolivian Civil Code and to provide truthful and up-to-date information.
3. Permitted use
The site may only be used for lawful purposes. Its use for fraudulent activities, unauthorised reproduction of content and any action that affects the security or availability of the platform is prohibited.
4. Intellectual property
All contents on the site (texts, graphics, logos, images and code) are owned by Jelvura S.R.L. or its licensors and are protected by Bolivian and international intellectual property law.
5. Investment risks
Real estate crowdlending entails risks, including the partial or total loss of the capital invested. Historical or projected returns do not guarantee future performance. Each user must read the specific project documentation before investing and, where appropriate, consult a professional advisor.
6. Liability
Jelvura shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by acts of God, force majeure or scheduled maintenance. It shall not be liable either for investment decisions made by the user after reviewing published information.
7. Changes
Jelvura may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force will always be the one published on the site, indicating the date of the last update.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Judicial District of La Paz, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
